1. Subscriptions

a. The customer shall be entitled to a full refund, within 60 days of subscribing, less an amount proportionate to the number of copies already supplied and an administration fee of £5.00.

2. Online Issues

Whilst we will endeavour to keep online issues up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year we cannot guarantee this and there may be temporary downtime on occasion.

3. Competition Rules

Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible or amended entries and those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. Entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post beyond the closing date will be disqualified. The first correct entries drawn randomly by an independent party will win the prizes. Only one entry per household. No correspondence will be entered into. The judge's decision is final. No purchase is necessary. By entering the entrants agree to be bound by rules of which the entry instructions form a part. Winners will be notified by post within 21 days of the closing date. We reserve the right to publish prize winners' photograph, names and hometowns in future publications/the press. Prizes as stated. There are no cash alternatives. Although competitions are arranged by MAI Publications, we make no representation for the quality of the prize offered. Nor does MAI Publications accept liabilty if those providing prizes fail to do so.
